When can we have the woods theme whenever?

what kind of accessibility issues require a darker theme


Horus has been dying for perma-woods theme I think

The people who are sensitive to light like I am. The bright theme that doesn't change until sunset or 4-5pm actually hurts my eyes and I don't like being on the forums during that time. Even with my brightness pretty much low its still bright to me so having a theme that would be darker all around like the woods theme would beneficially be so much greater to my eyes.
