whea_uncorrectable_error help?

Just a few days ago, my PC starting restarting itself randomly. A blue screen would pop up with the text in the title. It never did this before we got Windows 10. I've tried re-installing windows, which lasted about a day before it went back to shutting down. Anyone else encountered this and know how to help?

See I usually keep all my solutions to general BSoD problems in this text file on my PC but I'm out somewhere and can't access it at the moment. Might come back home tonight which is when I'll check it for you.
