My new town theme, I'm hoping, is a more minimalist town with only natural paths. I'm trying to make it use much fewer flowers, shrubs, and other things on the ground, yet still look like a well-structured town. I'm finding this very tricky to do, considering how easy it is to overcrowd areas.
I made a new town about a month or two ago and am trying to make it as pink/cute/girly as possible. I really want to get some Sanrio cards (might order some working fan-made ones) because I really want the clothes/furniture and I found the entire set for about $7 on etsy
I'm going for natural cosy flowery. mix between open spaces and foresty/secret areas.. im into cute little details and can't wait to start with qr codes. still keeping it natural tho, aesthetics much
although i've only just begun to landscape in my new town, i want to go for a light, breezy, very green zen style ^^ using primarly the zen PWPs and loooots of bamboo. my train station and town hall are both green, and my native fruit pears, so it only made sense to utilize all the green-ness! i'm only using light grey and green paths too, which makes it feel very fresh~
Here’s a short bio for each of my towns. Hopefully you can get a sense of each theme here, haha.
Komorebi
- A blend of Japanese, European, and American small town mountain-living. It’s set in the middle of the brisk autumn season at the edge of dusk time, highlighting the fire-like gleam in the sky. The greenery is a flourishing array of warm-hued flowers and sweet-olive bushes, with the perfect harmony of cedars, saplings, and fruit trees. Comfort and nostalgia are the sweet neighbors that greet visitors entering Komorebi.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Nugget
- Reminiscent of an obscure, developing city like something out of an artistic, anime film. Its forest overpowers each building erected within it. The season is placed at the end of spring, where white and pink azalea bushes bloom over most of the town during a rainy day. Pops of purple, yellow, and white flowers line the cliff edges. Visitors will long to sit on a windowsill and stare at Nugget’s soft, overgrown landscape.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hayfon
- In the midst of falling snow lies a young village of old-soul Japanese feelings. Winter is the season of choice and many of the character buildings pop in blue, black or white to mimic the frozen wind. Flowers whisper in shades of purple, white and red, while cedars dazzle in Christmas lights. Even when snow covers the holly bushes, hot springs balance the chill with their warmth. A sense of peace will overcome visitors to Hayfon.
I wasn't planning on having a theme, but I somewhat have ended up with a calm, natural forest town with only white and purple flowers and lots of trees. Not sure what to call that tho, zen foresty? haha
I'm planning on having a warrior cats type theme, with a small "twoleg place " ( aka a town) On the top side of the river and a forest down below the river, near the beach still need to do some plot resetting and path placing, but I think it's going to turn out nice
My first town, Magix, is pretty much non-themed. If I were to put a theme on it, it's probably modern and park-like. I've not long started my second town Celestia, but I'm thinking of making it galaxy themed. Mostly incorporating the theme into the houses and paths, with some modern PWP's and nice spaces
Not really sure, but I have white, purple and pink roses with some golden roses too. Pink brick path and a fairy-tale castle themed house. Maybe fairy-tale themed?
My town doesn?t have much of a definitive theme, but I did try to make the houses based on the United States. If there were more items and PWPs, I would?ve done a better job on Americanizing my town.
My town theme is a pink and green forest theme. However, the game doesn't have green flowers, so i'm going make make the town more green and pink by having mostly green and pink villagers. Maybe even using green paths here and there, and green pwps and also pink ones. But i''ll probably just have dirt paths to make it more foresty or use four leaf clovers for paths. I don't exactly have a plan in terms of layout, I plan to just put my bushes and trees down first and my villagers houses before I place down anything.
I haven't played Tenshi in a very long time but I believe it was supposed to be cute-themed with an influence of zen ^^;
Starpass which is a WIP right now is a modern/urban town dedicated to studying and exploring space like NASA it will also have a bit of a natural feel to it to add in an asepct of green energy/being environmentally friendly.
