I just got my silver and gold HHA badges yesterday for spamming my house with everything in my inventory. Managed 156,000 points. Just made it, and I am happy with that. Now I can really start figuring out how I want my rooms to look.

After I clean up the mess from all the randomly place furniture... ._.
