Kiki is my favourite and I dont think which tier she is in really matters :-/

Rosie is my favourite, and she's a tier 1 villager. But I don't like her because of that, I like her because she's really adorable and used to live in my Wild World town. I was obsessed with her when I was younger.

I like Rosie I think she is tier 1. Love her house and her music. Moved her over to my main town when I found her in my cycling town. She is one of my dreamys.

Agent S. I believe she's a reference to the old Secret Squirrel cartoon, and her color scheme and helmet reminds me of Captain Falcon.
She's tier 4, but I think she's been climbing the ranks!

I don't really like her for her outfit or her looks or her house, I just like her, so I get why she's not higher. Even though she should be.
