What's With the Sloppy Set?

I have the Sloppy set in the basement of one of my houses, like someone living in the basement of their parent's house.People probably like it because it is the only set that isn't picture perfect and because it is rare.

xD Don't do that... just make sure your Retail always have spaces for villagers to sell their things. That's how sloppy series appears. ;-)
