What's the longest you've waited for a new villager?

So I had a little hammy move out 3 weeks ago but no one has moved in yet.

What's the longest you've gone without a new villager moving in?

Have you had one move in even when summoning vans to the campsite? I'm wondering if that's the reason I haven't gotten a new villager.

Did you have ten villagers before the last villager moved out? The game doesn't send you a new tenth villager; you have to fill that slot by inviting someone from the campsite or another town.

Yes, it was a 10th villager.
