What's the difference between wanting someone and having them as your "dreamie"?
I was at an auction earlier tonight, and after I bid, someone asked me "is he your dreamie, or do you just want him"?
I found it a little rude, to be honest (but I'm honestly not taking it seriously. This is an interesting chat I wanted to have with you guys!). I feel like if no one wants said villager (no bids were placed for a while), and I bid, and then someone comes along with some other bid and shouts that said villager is their dreamie, do they suddenly get dibs? Are they the auctioner's automatic favorite?
In my opinion, I feel like wanting a villager is almost the same as having them as your dreamie. If I get that villager, I'm going to treat them right. It's not like I'm going to hit them with a net or give them ugly catchphrases and clothes. I guess it makes it seem more convincing that you'll care for them if they're your "dreamie".
