What's the best town you've ever seen in ACCF?

Mine has to be Link2thepast's town because it's beautiful,lots of hybrids,all town upgrades,nice beach(has coconuts all the way up to the cliff),fully upgraded houses,and more! Robo.Samurai's town is going to be really good once he REHABs it.I'm not saying that my town is terrible or anyhting but, Link2thepast's town is the best to me so far. What's best town you've guys seen?

The best town I think I've been to is Nedrian's... but I think she said she's restarted her town since then.
