I love Ankha (1st), Rosie (2nd), and Kiki (3rd). This is all from personal experience. Kiki is very pretty, but sometime normal villagers sometimes come off as boring for me and unfortunately this was the case when I had Kiki.

Well I have Rosie, Punchy and Bob in my town as I adore them. Out of those, Punchy would just slightly come out on top. He's just so cool and chill looking. I love his shirt and his personality. Plus his lazy eyes
Bob is so funny though, I got him before he started to get very popular and I'm so glad that I did.
Rosie is the best female cat for me though, Lolly is nice and I have nothing negative to say about her, I had her in my cycle town and she was very sweet. But Rosie is so happy being a peppy and her adorable almost human eyes, she has to be one of the prettiest villagers. In my opinion at least

Kid Cat and Rudy! I have Kid Cat living in my town, and he's pretty darn adorable! But I looooooove Rudy and I really wanted him in my town. I just can't deal with having more than one jock villager. They get old pretty fast. And I can't see myself ever letting Kid Cat leave, even though his house is in the absolutely worst location. I mean if I ever stopped playing and he moved out, I guess I would deal with it....But Rudy is actually adorable.
