I'm not sure. I currently have him in one of my towns and...not all that impressed. But my boyfriend will probably take him in one of his towns.

As far as smugs go, I much prefer O'Hare.

A lot of people think he's really cute, and I'm pretty sure there are also people out there who only want him so they can resell him and get millions of Bells. ; n ; He's probably the most popular villager out there from what I've seen, so you're considered ' lucky ' if you get him easily (like a random move-in or in a raffle).

I personally like him because a) the squirrel species is one of my favorites and b) Marshal is a cute villager to me. He also fits my town theme. (*?・ｖ・)

I don't know why people feel the need to overthink things like this... he's just a cute marshmallow squirrel with no nose, what's so bad about liking him? He doesn't quite make it into my own top ten, but I still know he's cute~

Considering that there are only so many personalities in these games, cuteness plays a huge factor is people liking certain villagers.

I think that people regard him to highly because he's an adorable, pouty cutie pie. Personally, I'm not a fan but I can understand the craze surrounding him. If you like him, I highly suggest keeping him because he's difficult to obtain in the sense that he's usually a very expensive villager. If you're not crazy about him, just wait until he pings you to move out and make some serious $$$ auctioning or selling him!

he's adorable, does cute expression with that pouty face of his and has a cool house, that's it really. i disregard a villager's popularity when it comes to my own personal taste so even if he weren't popular id still love him. ive had him before in past towns and wouldnt mind getting him again, but i dont want him that bad to the point id buy him.
