Well, since it's just been announced I think it's ok to bump this thread.

Its been confirmed to have built in motion sensing (like I predicted) and high-spec graphics(not entirely sure if that means HD or just good graphic capabilities)

What else do you think will be able to do??

I don't care what anyone says, the future isn't digital distribution. Save it for WiiWare/DSiWare. Normal retail games have worked perfectly fine, so why change it? Besides, it's nice to have physical games that you can actually touch.
