What was your funniest villager encounter?

While I stopped playing ACNL over a year ago, I distinctly remember Cookie asking me to get her a traffic cone, which for some unknown reason made me laugh hysterically.

I don't listen to villager conversations, which is where most of the silliest ones come from.
I have over the years had lots of conversations where villagers try to rationalize their Toy Day presents.
It is so not necessary but there's always that one villager every year who's really self-conscious of what they want haha.

I've seen other villagers sitting on the throne but Goose was the only one that was darn proud of it.

i find myself laughing at some of the things puck says, he’s just so ridiculously funny sometimes. i love him!

Scoot and Static were having a conversation which made me spit my tea out a bit. Static was just saying how he was a cool baby. Scoot asked Static to reenact his cool baby attitude. Static suddenly yells "GET ME MY TEDDY!" Scoot walks away sad while Static stomps around angrily. I was so confused but I was dying of laughter.

Genji pinged me telling me he wants to move out, and while telling me his reasons he says that he wants to move out so he can get out of spring cleaning. So he decided the only way to get out of it is by moving away. I laughed, that's the most me thing ever, avoiding your responsibilities like a pro.
