So I've been thinking a lot about deciding on my villagers based on a theme, and an idea I had was like a 'toy' theme -- so villagers that resemble or in someway fit the theme of toys directly or indirectly. I know that obviously villagers like stitches fit this PERFECTLY, but what others?

I think Teddy might be good to have, because he's like a teddy bear :> Stitches is pretty obvious, but he would also fit in really really well. ( ? ▽ ` )ﾉ
And hmm...possibly one of the hamsters? Flurry and Apple both look like they could be stuffed animals!

Biskit is basically the dog equivalent of Stitches. They both look like stuffed animals :3 Bob may also be a good fit since his house is Kiddie themed, however all 3 of those villagers are lazies. And there's always Pietro, the rainbow clown sheep.
Annabelle, Tipper, Naomi, Margie, Astrid, and most of the monkeys have a very colourful appearance. Tia could represent a play teaset.

Tia is like a little toy teapot!
Merengue could go with Tia. Like a little tea party. (She would be a teacake!)
Chops always reminded me of a nutcracker.
