What villagers never get mentioned?

I wasn't sure bull and cow villagers even exist until I saw one in Happy Home Designer.

I've seen a lot of the villagers through campsite and just browsing through ac wikis to search for my dreamies and who would look good in my town... but I've literally never heard or seen of Penelope the peppy mouse before?! she's kinda cute and I feel like she should be more popular (in my opinion, compared to a lot of the tier 1-2 villagers) but yeah I only discovered her a few weeks ago. In fact, I think a lot of mouse get little recognition. I think Bettina is really cute too.

Gabi's in my new Gamecube town! She's awesome, lives right next to Midge. I sent her a club shirt once and she loved it but then Midge changed her into some weird orange dress thing that got her really sad. Made me furious.

I just got Gabi in my GC town too! I think she's one of the very few cute rabbits in the series, as I'm not really a fan of them. She definitely deserves more popularity, she's great! Had her in a previous New Leaf town too, and she was one of my favorite villagers there.

And you gotta love when villagers force their awful fashion sense on others lol
