what time is mail delivered?

as title states, i’m wondering what time the mail is delivered; i know in new leaf it was 9am & 5pm and so i’m wondering if new horizons is any different or is it the same?

pretty sure it's 5am, that's when a new day starts in acnh (for some reason lol)
