Hi! Got a quick question if someone can answer. What time does the giant isopod come out?

The giant isopod apparently comes out from 9AM - 4PM and 9PM - 4AM in both hemispheres! I think I caught one around 11PM - 12AM cus I like to wait a little bit into the time frame—I feel like I have better luck that way. It’s mostly just a ritual kinda thing though. You can try it if you aren’t having that great of luck in the beginning of the time frame. C:

If you have an Android, I recommend checking out the Crosspedia app. It has a critterperdia that can be sorted by
  • Everything
  • What's not donated
  • What's available in the current season
  • and What's available at that very minute.
When sorted by everything, you can click on an image of the critter you wish to learn about. You can see the time it spawns, the size, and the price.

It was great help when I completed the museum a second time for my second island.

Ahhh, thank you so much for the suggestion! I’ve mostly been using a website for my information, but it’s all wonky and some of the information is incorrect and hasn’t been updated in a long time. I’ll have to look into this. Thank you. 🙂
