In my town I have built:

I don't have that much yet, but I have the reset centre, caf?, classic police station, dream suite, museum f2, club lol, camping place, windmill and the lighthouse.

♥ My town is still pretty new,
so the only permanent ones I have are campsite, the cafe and town hall renovation, the fairy tale one, yeah!
No one suggested the police station yet, though I'm still not sure which one to go for.
Other non-permanent PWPs are some benches, lighthouse, one more brick bridge, some lamps and fountain.
I'm hoping to unlock more PWPs that I like so that I could build them c: ♥

Some are. The Museum Gift Shop and the Dream Suite, for example, are on the list that you have to pay to build. Club LOL is free, but you have to consent to Shrunk and then collect signatures. If you don't collect signatures, it won't be built. Shampoodle, Kicks and the Nookling's store upgrades aren't considered PWPs because they'll be added over time as you play.

No one EVER pings me for PWPs However, I have built all 3 cobblestone bridges, all Main Street PWPs, the fairy tale town hall renovation, the fairy tale train station renovation, the Cafe, police station, reset center, flower clock, fire hydrant, lighthouse, fence, yellow bench, park clock, and streetlamp. I reallllly want all the Fairy Tale PWPs though :/
