What other types of animals for villagers would you like?

I was just thinking itd be nice to have a turtle but I geuss a turtle might be difficult to dress with its shell.... then I was thinking a rainbow parrot would be pretty cool

I would LOVE turtle villagers. I think the shell hiding the back of their clothes would make them unique in a way? Or they could do like pre-NH sheep and the shell is their clothes, and the "clothes" items take on some other role like a bandana around the neck or something.

Me want lizards too. We need more reptilian villagers.

bats like mentioned above, cows, i really wanna see anthro bees... seahorses, more tanukis, and some mythical creatures like actual dragons, nessies, or even the cerberus would be really cool omg

a fat cat/kitten species. they're the same size/shape as the hamsters but.... cats....
is this because I have a fat cat that I want to see represented in game? of course not

or like just more variety within a specific species? like for the dogs it'd be great if there were pomeranians, huskies, etc... I know booker and cooper were diff from the dog species in game but still...

also I am really surprised there are no red pandas in animal crossing yet, would be such a cute NPC (or as a species of course!)

I was never a believer in bats til I saw an image of bat villagers drawn by a fan. Now I am a die hard for bats. I also would like owls, mostly because my toddler loves them.
