What is your town name, and why did you pick it? :3

I personally love seeing what people's town names are!

My town is called Chestnut.
I'm not really sure why I picked that.
I think because when I started my game it was around October and I am a die hard Christmas fan so every time Halloween rolls around I'm like YAAS!

I really hated my town name at first (but it was too late to start over lol).
I saw all these cute town names like Popcorn, Pocky, Tootsie, and I was like, darn.
I thought I could have made mine more adorable.
But now, I really really really like my town name. c:

Mine is Elysia

I chose it because it was similar to a world in Sailor Moon called Elysion. (or something like that The day I bought ac:nl is kind of a blur cause it was a year ago when i got it.)

Mine is Starfall. I just love outer space, so I had to put some kind of astronomical term in there somewhere. And I just like the way it sounds graceful and elegant in a way.

My town name is Tenshi, I didn't pick it though, it was my sister who did I guess she wanted something cute and Asian, so she went with that xD

Snowvile. Meant to be Snowville (but letter limits and all that jazz) so I just pronounce it like that anyway and pretend it is haha. I came up with the name when I got City Folk for Wii and it's named after my cat ^^

My town name is Macaroon. I came up with while dreaming about one of my favourite snack - Coconut Macaroons!! The only problem is it that I end up craving the coconut macaroons which isn't good

My main town is TorgoBay, and I chose it because I was stoned and it's funny. Torgo is a character from Manos The Hands of Fate, which is a horrible, horrible old movie and one of my favorite MST3K riffs. My cycling town is Vale, which I did not name. I bought a used copy and just kept playing where the previous owner had left off, since I liked the villagers they had and were still pretty early on in the game. My newest town, Bascom is named after Florence Bascom (mayor's name is Florence), the first woman hired by the USGS and known for some of her techniques.
