Rearranged recently and swapped out Audie for Bunnie, but I love the balance for my island. I don't plan on changing anything anytime soon since I want to have all the personalities present on my island while I see all the holidays for the first time

1 of every type, except that I have two normals and two lazies. I guess that’s standard distribution since those are the two most abundant types in the game. for my two duplicated personalities I just chose animals I really loved, and since something like 1 of every 3 villagers is normal or lazy, not surprising that that’s where I ended up.

I personally don't care about having one of each personality, I just choose villagers I like. I tend to like the snooty and peppy personalities the most, but I'm also liking normals a lot in this game.

I say go with the flow - theres no rush! You can stick with Flurry and if you ever get tired of the Normal dialogue (that was my case with Tia) or want to let her go for another reason then you can let her go and find a snooty =)

Currently I have:

But that's not really by choice, I'm trying to even it out, but I'm waiting for villagers to ask to move. I try to avoid forcefully kicking out villagers if I can.

same here! I only stopped dreamie hunting / reconsidering because I'm focusing on terraforming right now. And right when I did that Genji (my ultimate Jock) showed up in my campsite and I replaced a villager I didn't want as much.

Yes dreamie hunting can give you such a rush but at the same time it burns you out of enjoying the game! At least in my experience, especially with the TT I did ;- ;
That's great! I feel like campsite is the hardest to be lucky with since you don't get them very often!

I probably will not change my lazy villagers ever because Claude and Zucker have endeared themselves to me. They just make me smile so much. I look foward to interacting with them every day.

Honestly 3 normals feels too much, would probably let go of one in the future. They tend to be plain and having 3 with similar dialogues discourages me from interacting with them.

I like the balance I have because the dialogue doesn’t get stale as quickly when I have the personalities spread out. I’m not too bothered by having zero uchis (their designs aren’t too appealing to me) because I highly doubt that I’d try to go for 100% recipes/reactions in this game anyway.

I personally love snooties because they are the sassiest. Surprisingly I don’t have many snooties.

I'm hoping to get a jock soon since emotes are related to personnalities, and I mean I didn't keep interacting with one long enough on my island to be 100% sure I don't want one. Otherwise I like it. Might swap one peppy for a snooty/normal, as I don't really enjoy the repeat dialogues.

The 2 jocks are quite different though. One just does the Naruto run like all the time while the other usually works out lol. Might switch a normal for another cranky since I am liking their personality quite a bit
