What is Wrong With This Spot?

I've been plot resetting for Hans and he simply refuses to move into this spot. Can you see anything wrong with it at all?



It better just be him being stubborn. Otherwise I guess I'll just have to move him out.

Should be able to move in there -- you're able to dig at least one area around where the house should be. I think he's just being stubborn. Assuming you missed a spot with your patterns or you didn't block off other plots?

I've always had problems trying to move villagers in when there's a rock nearby.

After about an hour he finally moved in where I wanted him. I was getting concerned because he kept alternating between the 2 spots I missed but seemed to want nothing to do with my preferred spot.

They only need 5x5, counting the space all around, yet the rock stops anyone moving to a similar spot in my town.
