Had a person I knew through cosplay come to my town, then while I was in the bathroom dig holes and steal a bunch of my plants.
What is the worst time you've had with another player?

I used to have a friend who, I'm assuming was like 10 or younger. She would run through our flowers, and when we pointed it out, she wouldn't apologize. She had bad grammer (DISCLAIMER : I'm totally fine with bad grammer, it doesn't mean you're a bad person) but she was sometimes almost undecipherable. She ran plaza shops, which...okay...is fine. However, those are scams. No, I'm not paying 3000 bells for a sapling you bought at the stores. Her items are literally just random stuff she bought or found at her town. No, I'm not paying 2000 for a fossil which you get 4 to 5 every day, of course not. 
She also did this...she's a police officer and at dental school at 21 years old. Okay, so I'm not a police officer nor a student at dental school, but isn't that a bit weird? She spends the day playing, so she has to be on patrol at night, right? (Hehe, that rhymes) No. She says, Imma sleep at 10pm, which is about 1am where she lives. Then she plays at 7 am. Her time. Um...ok. I asked about her GPA, which might be a private thing so Idk, but she said "what is that?" I jokingly, sakd grape pass academy, but obviously it means Grade Point Average. I told her mine, then she said, I have a 5.33. Okay, I know the world record was like a 9 or something, but seriously? Please correct me on this if I'm wrong, don't you have to get a bachelor's degree. That means she might have skipped high school. I asked her that, and she said, "I didn't want to do alot of high school." Okay, there may be a chance she is actually telling the truth and actually did skip a grade. I asked for her electives, and she said bionagi. Bionagi? What the heck is bionagi? She also said she took Korean classes. I asked her what is hello in Korean then she said IDK. This interview was getting suspicious. I asked her how was the SAT test? She said, easy, not for you though. Did she just insult me? Um...ok. I made up a dentistry test, and she said, I got 97%. Then I told her it was a fake test.
Ok...she acted really childish. My friend told me that she was playing when that "friend" asked her to open her gates. (Btw, she had no manners at all) My friend said no, and that "friend" started to yell Waaaah is caps. She later went off that day. Another is that, she never payed attention to our rules, but made up her own rules in her town that she strictly enforced. We would literally tell her to read the board for the rules, she said ok, then 6 seconds later, she ran on our flowers.
She influenced me to plant bushes surrounding my flowers. Even after I deleted her, I liked the bushes so I kept planting them, and now its hard to get on the flower fields. My story was boring, so sorry for melting your eyeballs.

I’ve never had any horrible experience at my actual town, as I’ve never invited anyone but forum members over. One time someone came wielding a shovel and I got SO spooked, but thankfully they were a sweetheart.
Now on CT, that’s a whole different breed lol. I’ve hung out with people for hours only for hackers to come in and board the person I was speaking to up with nonremovable objects. Only way out was to flip the switch and lose all progress. I’ve met SO many people who were shouting sexual or vulgar things, trying to “rp”. Like, I’ve met 9 year olds on CT, wtf is wrong with people....
And ugh, some “profile pics” people hack in are disgusting things which again, there’s 9 year olds playing !
I’ve also met money beggars, but that’s easy to shut down.

One of the worst times for me was when I was having a planned WiFi session with one friend, and I guess I didn't close my gates soon enough or didn't think of it, so someone else came over uninvited. I'd gotten along with this person okay in the past, but she was kind of immature and probably in a different age group than me (I'm in my 20s). These two really didn't get along for some reason, they were really bickering. I was in a blogging community at the time and the uninvited person had the gall to complain about the wifi when she was the one who came over uninvited and made things awkward, and she even ran over one of my flowers. Like what was I supposed to do here, other than remember to close my gates after opening? I hope New Horizons has ways to invite certain people, or to invite everyone on your list, just different options would be nice for situations like this.

I didn't know any better and I invited a lot of people over to sell their turnips when it was over 500 bells per turnip. I guess that wasn't enough for someone and they stole my hybrids from the spot next to Re-Tail. It was someone on here, too, but I'm not sure who.

There's been some bad ones but mostly on tortimer islands they kinda ruined it for me. Firstly there are the innapropriate trolls who don't care who is around them. I took up the habit of resetting as soon as they started saying anything innapropriate, and I never saw another one after I told her I could report her. There was another one that so started a tour to get away from and took then other two players with me, he did apologise later so there is that.
Then there are the people begging for bells, I have one girl 2 mil bells only to find her that evening asking others for bells. Then there's the girl who wanted to come to my town, she asked me if so had any outfits and didn't have that much but when she saw the inkling dresses got sarcastic. She said something like 'Sure you dont'. But like, I'm not going to give some stranger my only versions of the dresses for nothing, yknow? I was happy to give her rv stuff for free because I have some WA cards but it did annoy me that she kept pestering me to add her as a bff. Especially as she asked to go to my town, but she didnt ask to go to my town snd get stuff from me. She might have though I was a hacker, she did ask if I was.
Honestly, I could go on and in about the islands but that's what's going to happen when Nintendo have no real method of supervising them. Hopefully the fix it in the new game.
