what is the longest time you've kept a town for?

Max I kept for was 3 weeks but I know this town is special, so I'm definitely keeping.

My first lasted about 4 days until I got bored and this one is my 11th I think ^^

It amazes me too omg... not only that, I didn't know anything about the game when I got it (having only played my cousin's GameCube) and literally was so nervous and excited I picked the first town map- and I lucked out. I have one straight path from my beach to retail, a rather boring but easy river,my town hall south of my plaza, and retail right next to the train station.

I had a town for a month and a half haha. I haven't gotten far in any of my towns, to be honest.
I really like my current town, though, and I know it's a keeper.

Um about 3 months? I kept my current one for almost four but decided to reset today.. hah.. I hope I don't regret it x.x

But my current map hasn't got loads of space so yeah..

I've kept my town since June 9th! I considered resetting for maps and was like, "Nah I'll just pick the first map I see." It turned out being perfect! I've gotten SOO many compliments on my layout. My Re-Tail and Town Hall both run along the top of my town

I've though about resetting... But I just bought a second copy instead. Now I'm content with both my towns!

Also, I still don't have Katrina's fortune shop on my main street!

And my hybrids and bells would be too much to transfer over... I dislike where my villagers are, but I'm going to cycle them out.. I hate the rock placements though.
