Dawdle a bit--though not intentionally. I'll be tired, but if I get sucked into a conversation, I'll keep taking despite how sleepy I am.
And struggle up the stairs. ': D it's oddly hard when you're tired.
i usually have to check my social media. then read some manga. then play some candy crush before i'm satisfied and can go to sleep. if i don't do these, i just feel like something is missing LOL.
I just usually do my last minute stuff (Supposedly) I like before going to bed. most of the time I get overboard and I hate it. I really just want to go to bed at 12:30AM, as I haven't done that since 2017, its really getting out of hand.
I usually do a series of exercises and stretches before bed. I started it last summer as a way to keep up my flexibility during the off season for dance so I wouldn't be super stiff when I went back, but it ended up carrying into the school year. I wake up a lot more tired now, but I'm not sure if that's why or not.
Wash my face / brush my teeth. Maybe mask if I’m not lazy. Set my alarms. Try to convince my dog to sleep on my bed :’D When I’m in bed I usually go online for a bit on my phone or my iPad. I either check Discord or FB messenger and chat for a bit. I used to watch TV shows because they put me to sleep but there's nothing interesting lately.
One thing I'll be doing every each night if I haven't fallen asleep already is playing NL. Either doing trades or ordering stuff for trades, and while I'm at it I most absolutely pass out on the 3DS that's in my hands. Next morning I wake up to dead 3DS. That's what I've been repeating these past 6 years. Yeah sorry hahaha. xD
I walk my dog, play with him for a few minutes to tire him out, then give him something to chew while I check in on TBT for the last time of the night. On a work night, the very last thing I do is set my alarm before laying down.
