I'm thinking of starting a cycling town to earn some TBT, but I'm kinda confused. what is "lurking" for a villager? I've seen threads that accept lurkers, reject lurkers, and so on, but never any clear-cut definition.
Lurking= looking for.
Someone might say "lurking for Marshal." It just means they're looking for Marshal. Some threads are open to lurking some aren't. It's just a preference.
