What if your dreamies are in different color?

We all know that one of the reasons why we fall in love with certain villagers is the colours they have. But what if your dream yes are in different colours? For example: marshal in yellow. To be honest i will not like him if he is in yellow. Yellow just looks ugly on any villager in my opinion.So comment your favorite villagers and tell us if you'd still like them if they are in an ugly color.

My favorites are the natural looking ones. But I do have a few that are blue, purple, and green.

I love Skye because of her blue color, but I think I would still love her if she was in a different color either way. Unless it's a really off putting color then I'm not sure.

my favorite non-cub villagers consist of a lot of pink girls. i'd probably still like them if they changed colors, but it would depend on the color. i'm a fan of pastels, but something like bright green wouldn't look right.

One of my favourites is Butch and he is designed by a real dog who exists so it would be very strange if he would be purple for example..

My dreamies are all yellow, red, brown, orange and white/cream colours...

I am having a fall themed town so they fit right it!

apart from Drake as he is a bit green ish a tad out
of place but he still fits in just fine!

I personally only really have dreamies that I have emotionally attachment to, so I guess if they changed colour it wouldn't really bother me too much, but it certainly would be strange seeing Tangy or Skye in a different colour is all I knew before was their original. Not in a sense of dreamies--but I think some colour swaps on villagers could look pretty cool! �� Maybe some villagers with a dull colour scheme could be revised to look a bit more appealing or something like that? I wouldn't mind that. (pssst artists! this one's for you!!!)

I would still like my villagers if they were different colors. They are mostly natural colors so yeah. blue is the only color I don't think I would like tho...

Ankha would be weird if she wasn't yellow. Yellow sorta fits the Egyptian theme of her.
Kid Cat would still be awesome if he wasn't red.

Some of them. I agree with you on Marshal, I wouldn't like him if he were any other colour. If zucker was black or yellow I think he'd appeal to me more. I like a combination of neon+pastel. I like neon colours on the squirrels but I wish they were a little more dulled.

I look at personalities and emotional attachment I have to them and then their facial features.
Whitney, Rolf, Shep, Mitzi and Beau all have emotional attachment from having then in previous towns in other games or were my first villagers in New Leaf. Next, the other few are design pleasing.

I'm okay even if Snake is yellow, white, or even light blue and Ken being red-white instead of black-blue. I can't imagine Genji and Zucker in different colors, though.
