Is nothing. Canadians can't get any apps, unless you have a credit card.
Although, I do like the occasional free apps that go paid, because then it's like I have paid apps.

Um...what? You need a credit/debit card, yes, but only to sign up for iTunes, and if you don't have one of your own, you can just use your parents'. After that, you don't even need to use the credit/debit card to purchase apps if you don't want to. You can just buy iTunes gift cards. And it's not only Canada, it's the whole world, as far as I know. It's really not a big deal...
