When I get my own golden axe, I want to cut all my trees down and replant them in certain areas. Will doing this cause a rafflesia to grow?

Also, will removing more than 20 flowers do the same?

And how do you know when you have an awful town or when a rafflesia grows?

I believe they only grow when you have too many weeds in your town, not sure if it has anything to do with the number of trees.

Yeah, rafflesia only grow when uou are infested with weeds

I cut down every tree in my town so I could redesign the landscaping...the only way you get the rafflesia is if your town in overrun with weeds and garbage...you can have no trees or flowers and not get them.
