i'm back with a new recipe!

it's a london fog cake with a cream cheese frosting hehe

i brought it to the mother's day lunch potluck we just had and it was a huge success o( ˶^▾^˶ )o
i'd definitely make this one again (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ )

I had three bananas going bad, so I made banana bread this evening.

I've been feeling very depressed recently, but cooking has made me feel better. I made a mug cookie (it was uncooked) and homemade gummies (the texture was awful). However, I made Oreo cookie dough which turned out really good!

Today, I made strawberry-banana pancakes. I figured I wouldn't be full with two small pancakes (I gave the rest to my brother), so I cooked a slice of bologna, two eggs and some hashbrowns! Hands-down one of the best breakfast meals I've ever made.

I don't think I can go back to regular pancakes because these were AMAZING!!!

Thank you so much! This took nearly two hours to cook (since I had to make a plate for my brother) but I would still recommend this meal, it's totally worth it. Plus it's cheaper than buying it from a restaurant!

my mom normally cooks me meals so i dont really make anything by myself (i usually make stuff like lasagna, chicken alfredo, etc etc) but today i made a turkey sandwich
i dont have a picture but i CAN describe what was in there
white bread (the crappy kind... unfortunately), a slice of turkey, garlic dip?? i dont really know the official name for it but it has a lot of garlic
also i added white cheese. thats the most important part.

yes i only made one (unfortunately) my mom had family coming over so she made a HUGE breakfast for them so i just used some of the extra pancake batter and made one tiny pancake

I don't have any pictures of them, but I roasted some brusslesprouts that I picked from my garden. They were so good by the time I thought about taking a picture they were already gone It's my first year growing brusslesprout and it's been a fun experiment!

I made myself this three tier confetti birthday cake the other day!!! I had planned on making it look really cute with lots of piping but by the time I started frosting it, it was like 1 AM and I was so tired so I just slapped some sprinkles on top and called it a night. It's so yummy though, the recipe is from sally's baking addiction (vanilla cake)!!

I also made this cookie cake a while ago after stumbling upon a cookie cake instagram.. was surprisingly easy to make

and this marble cake attempt for mother's day for my mother-in-law.. looks pretty but unfortunately I overmixed the batter I think and it came out dense </3
