Hmmmm .... New new 3ds ? Lol not that . I heard a rumor about the NX having a portable and a home version ... Well we can't really think about a sucessor in this case lol . The title should've been "What features would you like to see in the next Nintendo handheld" or something like that .

I honestly don't know though. I really like the 3DS and I'm having a hard time imagining anything else. The second screen can be so handy for the 3D remakes of LoZ games, and I find myself glancing at it so often that it would be a little weird if it were gone.

Yeah, wouldn't surprise me if they would start making some VR accessory for it in the future, but yeah ios/android seems their market now or in general those stupid dlc/micro-transaction stuff they keep dumping
