Organization doesn't bother me because if they have things I might want I can just "ctrl + f" and search for it.
Colors aren't a big deal for me unless it's too bright to see. I know a lot of people don't think about this, but i have a friend that is colorblind to red and sees it much differently. Luckily the background of this site is white, but yeah, something to consider. Black is probably the easiest to view out of any sort of color blindness.
I also really like set prices. They help me determine quickly whether I wanna make a purchase or not. Time is a huge factor. Some people accept such huge orders that I don't even bother asking for what I want, because it'll take weeks for them to get back to me and I can't wait that long.
