I am impatiently waiting for the Dream Suite to unlock in my new town (I miss it more than I thought!), so I thought I'd start this topic to see others' opinions on what makes a good dream town.
- I like seeing villagers from a variety of different tiers in towns! I like many tier 1's as much as the next person, but when you start seeing Marshal/Marina/Stitches/etc. in half the dreams you visit, it gets old. If those are really the villagers that make you happy, then go for it! It's your choice. I'm just speaking from an outsider's perspective.
- I love it when beaches are decorated, especially with pink and orange flowers. I just think it looks so pretty, like a sunset.
- I like when towns are set late at night or in the early morning, just because I rarely if ever play during those times, so it's cool to see a new sky and hear the unfamiliar music.
- For horror towns, I love the surprise creepy room. It's not really a surprise cause it's in a horror town, but I mean, when the rest of the house looks normal, but then there's this one room (usually the top floor or the basement) that's disturbing and makes you rethink the idea of the rest of the house entirely. I love dead perfect trees in horror towns too.
- I hate it when there are a ton of pitfalls. Which is probably the effect they're going for, but I don't like wasting my time falling in them or digging up the x's to make a path for myself...
