My sister made a taco rice dish and it was delicious! We cooked basmati rice and added in peas, corn, ground pork, black beans, taco seasoning and a bit of water. Then we used sour cream and grated cheese for serving. One of our best "just winging it" meals!

I wasn’t sure how they would turn out but they’re actually really yummy! I was thinking they’d be a good spring recipe but the one I decided to follow has cinnamon and allspice in it so it tastes more like fall.

I think I added too many peaches or did something wrong because they don’t stay together very well, lol. They look quite like the recipe pictures show but that’s okay! I just have it on a plate and eat it with a fork instead. I even made the little icing to put on top and they’re so yummy. The best part is my dad likes them too lol which is really good because I baked them for him!
