What Did You Accomplish On Your Island Today?

- Invited Pietro via amiibo (Marshal is out now!)
- Decorated my island a bit more
- Harvested my crops and blue roses
- Did some trades online
- Refurbished some furniture items with Cyrus
- Dug up and assessed my fossils
- Watered my crops and blue roses
- Ordered a few items in Nook Shopping
 
Placed a new plot so I can hunt for my 10th villager, cut down all of the trees on my island, planted enough trees to get my daily wasps and tree items, caught a bunch of bugs/fish/sea creatures for the museum, & now I’m about to spend the rest of the night hunting for beetles and atlas moths to sell to CJ 😊

  • Redd's Boat came by, I got a Calm Painting.
  • The beach had a Shell Lamp DIY.
  • Kody gave me a Coconut Cookie DIY.
  • HHP Island had a Glowing Moss Stool DIY.
  • Boat Tour was a vine island with a Vine Hanging Chair DIY, which was new!
  • Purchased from Saharah today a Circus Wall, a Dark-Chocolate Wall, Lobby Flooring, and Old Board Flooring, all of which were new. This did not change the percentage of wallpaper cataloged, but Floors went up from 70% to 71%.
  • Customized at Cyrus a Bunk Bed, Party Garland, and Broom and Dustpan.
  • Total Furniture went up from 68% to 69%, and Wall-Mounted went up from 68% to 69%.
  • Smallest clothes cataloging day in recent times. Total Clothing went up from 71% to 72%, Dress-Up went from 55% to 56%, and Headwear went from 57% to 58%. Literally only 9 new items.
  • All-in-all, pretty good day.
 
Today on Cosa Bella island:

  • I went for a walk around my island to see who was awake for a chat... of course buck was exercising outside his home haha
  • Picked up all the shells from the beaches and sold those
  • Went fishing again I find it he most fun event to do in game
  • Dug out and sold my fossils
  • Harvested my crops and sold those too
  • I realized I have not been shaken trees in forever which I used to love doing to find random items falling down

  • Beach gave me a Shell Speaker DIY.
  • HHP Island gave me a Round Glowing Moss Rug DIY today...again.
  • Bottoms went up from 73% to 74%. Socks went up from 65% to 67%.
  • Boat tour today was, weirdly, a vine island again. DIY was a Woven-Vine Pochette.
  • Caught and donated a Walker Cicada.

  • HHP Island gave me a Rope-Net Flooring DIY.
  • THERE WAS THIS FISH ON MY PIER TODAY, I DIDN'T USE BAIT OR ANYTHING AND I JUST FELT IT WAS THE RIGHT SIZE SO I GOT IT AND IT WAS A GIANT TREVALLY. WHICH MEANS I'M ACTUALLY CAUGHT UP ON FISH FOR THE SEASON OH MY GOD I'M SO HAPPY **** THIS STUPID PIER.
  • Beach DIY was a Pot.
  • Boat tour was a vine/starry island, with a Gemini Closet DIY.
  • Successfully did a Goth theme with Labelle.
  • Forgot to screenshot my clothings today for tracking purposes. I do know Socks went up from 67% to 69%. Bottoms went up from 73% to 74%. Dress-Up went from 56% to 57%.

  • Watching Great Australian Bake Off.
  • I have two things left to catch this month: Soft-Shelled Turtle and the Flatworm, and then I'm finally caught up for the season.
  • Just caught Soft-Shelled Turtle.
  • Took an annoyingly long time but I finally got a Flatworm!
  • Maddie had a Potato Galette DIY for me!

  • Did all my rocks, got a gold ore.
  • HHP Island gave me a DIY.
  • Cleaned HHP Island of all the vines and moss.
    • While I was there, talked to Cephalobot who gave me a Robo Wall.
    • Bob gave me a White Rose Rug.
    • Egbert gave me a Bank Vault Wall.
    • Yuka gave me a White-Wood Flooring Tile.
  • Customized a Rattan Low Table fully and a Baby Bear.
  • HHP Island gave me a Glowing-Moss Cave Wall.
  • Clothing cataloging, only had four items today (Football Shirt, Tank, Farmer Overalls, and Pilot's Hat) Total went from 72% to 73%. Tops went from 80% to 81%. Headwear went from 58% to 59%.
  • Boat tour today took me to Summer Shell island and gave me a Tropical Vista.

Still in tutorial phase for my new island, so accomplishing a lot every day. Today's standouts: found Erik on an island and decided to invite him to Luna Gale. I've never had him before, but I swear his big eyes were pleading with me not to leave him on the rainy island I found him on. Also got my first star fragments from star wishing last night---and with that information on star times that I logged, I found my weather seed already!

  • Rodney, for whatever reason, lost something. So now I have to go interact with that creep. It took me half an hour to find him. He gave me something I already had cataloged. I beat him with a net.

  • Customized a Smoker and a Traditional Tea Set.
  • Got level 4 of Nook Miles "Popular Pen Pal"! 100 more letters to go.
  • Kapp'n's boat tour today was Tomato Island. This gave me the Frosted Pretzels DIY.

Today I finished up digging up all of my flowers from my island except the black and golden roses in which I’ll need to move towards the back of my island: Komorebi. I removed majority of my trees and farms around the island and tried to flatten a few parts of the land.

My future plans is trying to make a train station leading up to a Japanese rural citycore/village aesthetic going on.
