What day of the week does Celeste usually visit on your island

Do you guys know what day of the week Celeste usually visits in New Horizons. Last time I saw her was on a Thursday. I want to get the Virgo harp recipe

As far as I know, Celeste shows up on a random day of the week.

Theres no set day of the week for her to show up.
