The currency I use most often seems to swap between either NMT or TBT lately. When using this site though it's usually always TBT.

I mostly trade on here so TBT is the currency I use most often. I don't mind using NMT but find TBT faster & easier.

lately I've been preferring TBT, but I still accept NMT as well

I just don't use the tickets enough for me to put time into trading for them anymore,
TBT on the other hand have been keeping me quite busy lol

Whenever I sell items, I usually ask for wishlist items to complete my catalogue, or a visit to Able Sisters shop. I also ask for rare crafting materials like gold nuggets or rusted parts if I have a rare/expensive item. Other times I'll do a 1:1 trade, for things like the Nook Mile variants. Bells are useless to me so I never ask for that. When I had a shop for New Leaf, I always sold for TBT but I haven't sold for TBT at all for New Horizons. Once I have literally everything in the game, I will probably switch to selling to TBT but for now, wishlist items to complete catalogue is my favourite currency to ask for!

As far as when I purchase, if the price is fair then I'll pay with whatever the person is asking for :)

I completely forgot about wishlist items for some reason 😅. I guess we can just consider that other for now.

TBT, collectibles are a bigger priority for me now that I've mostly lost interest in new horizons. I'm mostly liquidating my hoard and doing forum events now tbh

xedit: i used to take bells mainly since I didn't really like nmts. island hopping is p fun though xD

I'm poor in literally every other aspect but NMT, so I've barely any choice but to offer those now... except no one even needs them anymore! So I'm currently saving up to buy something in TBT

i mainly accept tbt or bells for trades (tbt because i like to hold onto it for fun and bells to landscape/buy new items at nooks)
I pay mainly in tbt or nmt (nmt on nookazon and tbt here)

Lately it's been tbt since I can convert it easily to nmt here and they don't take up storage space in game.

If I trade outside of here I prefer to get harder to get mats, wishlist items, and then nmts. I never take IGB

TBTs, which is great for me as I don't use them for anything else (I have no idea what 'collectibles' are for, nor why I'd want any) and it saves me having to spend any in-game resources to get the things I want.

It's a win-win, really, as the people I trade with clearly value the TBTs (although I suppose I do too as a resource to trade with).

I always end up using tbt which I dont really like unfortunately. Everyone always wants it and a lot of it for the stuff I want and I'm not always online so I'm not always earning tbt so it just seems like I'm losing it with no gain and I can't ever buy anything. Right now I have a decent amount because I've been doing almost no trades and when I do they're with nmt or igb, I'm saving up for art. But yeah tbt seems to be what I end up using most.
