I think the time traveling threads are becoming more common than the political discussions in Brewsters back in 2016. Does anybody remember that? I would rather see another discussion on Trump than on Time Traveling.

On topic: As I kept making promises that I won’t TT again, I kept breaking them as well. But it’s my game. But at least I TT within a limited span.

they need to understand that devs specifically design the game so the consumer can play at their own pace, that's why they removed punishments for time traveling.

I suppose what's niche and what's not is a bit of a regional thing. Where I'm from (Manitoba, Canada); Pineapple pizza is about as common as Pepperoni. Possibly more so, seeing as vegetarians can have it, too.

But they're essential. And it's the NEED for and LACK of political involvement that makes them so depressing. If people moved en masse to take control of their governing bodies, as was intended in the foundation of most of them (even if only rhetorically), we could right the ship. But the fact that everyone unanimously thinks of politicians as corrupt is reason to be MORE involved in the system. Not less.

i don't TT myself because it's not how i personally want to play my game, but it literally does not affect me at all if other players want to?? i really don't understand this anger at people playing the game the way they want to. we all paid our 60 dollars, we should all be allowed to do what we want. heck, i might TT in the future after this first year is up, but i want to at least play through the first year of my island in real time. some ppl are already in december right now and i say more power to em, go absolutely crazy lads
