What Bothers You About Time Travelers?

I guess my main issue with it is that I can't have anyone who doesn't conform to my beliefs and thought processes doing better than me. Like, who are THEY to have more stuff and get more enjoyment out of it than me?

Anyone who doesn't play the game the way I do is bad, their parents are bad, their cow is bad, and they should feel bad.

Real talk, you can't say that you hate pineapple on pizza until you've actually tried it. I was also skeptical of it, but it's just one of those combos that works.

As for TTing, I really just don't care what people do. Other people have put similar sentiments (in much more creative wordings) above; I agree with them.

If you want to discuss and talk about your opinions on time travel, be in discussion in a thread that was created or by creating your own thread, you have to eat an entire large pizza that has pineapple on it.

And if you like that stuff (you weirdo), you have to put two toppings you don't like on it.

That's what I thought too. But I mean, you see people all the time who don't TT asking for Ables and Upgraded Nooks.
But yet get angry at TTers. Doesn't make sense to me.

I get some points on why TTing is "wrong" but part of it helps the community! People are TTing to get people items from their catalog in a timely manner! IMO, if its not hurting other game players, it shouldnt matter what the player does. Wether you TT or not, no one is forcing you to A) go on any social media looking for spoilers and B) compete with others for "who has the best town" or whatever. Animal crossing is meant to be played at YOUR pace. While Devs encourage you to play day by day, it does not say anywhere that Nintedo does not support TT (that I know of, please correct me if I'm wrong). And thats my TedTalk yall

I saw a post the other day on Facebook where somebody made a most about their 4million bells worth of turnips spoiling because they time traveled and a lot of the comments were bitter players saying "that's what you get for cheating."

Oh God, I know exactly what you're talking about. The AC struggle Twitter account posted about this and people straight up harassed the OP. And it wasn't even the person's fault because they had ADHD and they didn't take their meds, so they were doing stuff without even realizing the consequences of their actions. I think it's so disgusting that people are bashing others for having a different play style than them. But I feel like they think they're doing right because they have the mindset that Animal Crossing is a slow-paced game that requires patience, and it rewards you for that patience. And while that's true, they need to understand that devs specifically design the game so the consumer can play at their own pace, that's why they removed punishments for time traveling.
