What atmospheric phenomena you choose for future games?

Out of your choices I think fog/mist and wind would be the coolest and prettiest for future Animal Crossing games, but tbh I would love any and as many new "weird" weather occurrences because the more variety there is I imagine it would be funner and wouldn't get as dull as fast.

Omg the wind comments are hilarious!! I'd love to see misty+heat kind of weather. Lol kinda like hot springs everywhere in the town. I'm all for that just because that's what Yugakure is lol if not I'd totally go for wind + flying villagers

Wind! All the previous comments are too funny!! I'd like to see the trees and flowers sway in the wind but would love to hear it rustling the leaves. It's just so relaxing. Maybe even the sound of wind chimes every now and then too.

Fog/mist definitely. And I think there is already slight breeze that you can see that moves through your town tree once it's the biggest it can get during the spring blossom period. I believe seeing this in my dream town last. You can only see it once your tree is the biggest it can be. It's been quite a while since I last visited Caprica which is my oldest town and has the completed/biggest town tree. But I could have sworn when I was walking around it was swaying slightly in the breeze with the cherry blossoms.
Also I would love to see sun showers. Because of where I live -Niagara Falls, we have this happen a lot. It wil be raining in one half of the street and directly across it will be sunny as hell. It happens more in areas that are close to mountains or closed in by water(but not an island per say).
Edit: just checked my dream town and you CAN see and hear it. It's only your town tree and it would have to be as close to the biggest it will ever grow.

Yes, there's a slight breeze visible at some points of the game, like during hanami (when cherry petals fly around), but I'd like to have wind like a real thing, shaking trees and flowers and people

i ticked all of them (besides heat) as i couldnt choose as theyd all be quite fun in the game!
But think id prefer mist and fog, would make it more atmospheric, especially during the cold months. So you'd come out of your house in the morning to find it all foggy/misty if it was a clear night the day before and over the course of the day youd see it disappear and it be a bright day.

Oh, you're not the first one to suggest about the chimes...
I agree, it's a small detail but definitely would add another nice feeling to the game!
