What area/s are you the most proud of? + some advice for Market

I’ve been working on a few areas of my island and I really like how they turned out, granted a few of them still need some work, I am very happy with the outcome. I like more simple/symmetric styles and I think I was able to accomplish that, so I just wanted to share a few areas I’m the most proud of!!

The playground is a bit small but I really like the outcome, especially having it next to a picnic blanket!

Love the variety! Still need to add some flowers or Hyacinth lamps. Any ideas? (Hate that the well doesn't line up .-. will forever haunt me)

Love it! The artifact at night is the best feature of this place!

Love the idea... except it's a reduced space. I will eventually change the Cypress plant to Cherry-blossom branches (just need to wait till next year .-.)

Spoiler: Public Baths-Bath House

Not ideal but I freaking love it. It's super simple and there's not much to it but there's something about it I just adore.

Spoiler: Mini Corn Farm

The museum has an independent entrance as well as one through the Caffé. It still needs a lot of work, I need a few more statues, fossils and two crescent moon chairs, but you can just imagine it with those items!

Your corn farm idea is very creative, but I'm worried that you might have just ruined yellow hyacinths for me. The well is 1.5 right? I had a similar situation and ended up replacing it, which was disappointing. Isn't the other well 2x2? It's a different look though, not sure if it's what you're going for. Maybe you can do a flower bed in the center instead? You can add buckets or a water pump or something. I'm sure it would be really cute.

Oh no! I'm so sorry! Hope you don't think too differently about them. I only think about them as corn when they're in "big" groups, so having them spread-out should't cause a huge effect like that.

I love how you use your flower throughout your island, it gives it a very natural feel n.n and you garden looks so peaceful!!
I'm kinda set on that well, I like the feel it gives (except for the size .-.) but I might tryout the flower or even see what other statues Gulliver has that might fit.

Your park is adorable!!! Definitely not as cluttered as mine .-. I also like how you spaced out your trees!! makes the area feel much bigger : )

I still love hyacinths, that really is a cool idea you had though. I haven't seen anyone else use them in that way, even though now that I look at them in that light, they're kind of perfect for it.

Yeah, when I saw that this game had 1.5x1.5 sized items I thought it was interesting and would open up all kinds of possibilities, but outdoors it can cause a headache when it won't line up with paths or terraformed things. When I first learned about the flower stand diy I went crazy looking for the thing. I had all of these spaces all over the island where I planned to put what I assumed to be a 1x1 item. Then I finally got it and it's 1.5x1.5. I couldn't fit it anywhere I had set aside for it

Also I want to apologize; I didn't mean to offer unsolicited advice. When I read the first post, I thought you were asking about possible alternatives to the well, but re-reading it I realize that I was mistaken. I wasn't offering suggestions because I thought it looked bad or anything, it looks great the way it is. I just wanted to clear that up!
