What are your favorite candies?

I, too, thought it said candles instead of candies LOL!! I'm glad I'm not the only one ^^;

I'm not a big candy or chocolate person, as most things are too sweet for me, but I really enjoy most Japanese candy I've tried as it's not as sweet as American candy. I can't honestly remember all the various candies I've had the opportunity to try, sorry x__x;

- Strawberry Hi-Chews (actually most flavors of Hi-Chew)
- These square butterscotch flavored, square lollipops that are only made by See's Candy (and caramel flavor too!)
- Swedish Fish
- Skor candy bars
- Pocky
- Red Vines (especially when they used to be 'ropes' back when I was a kid...those were the best!)
- Black licorice (There used to be an ooooold candy and I'm not sure if they sold it in just Mexico or in the USA too, but it was called Sen-Sen and it tasted just like black licorice!)
- Beeman's gum (old stuff they don't make anymore for the most part lol)
- Dumdums
- Butterscotch discs
- Jolly Ranchers

I'm sure I'm forgetting things, but that's what came to mind first =^.^=

I love anything soft and chewy, like starbursts or hi-chews. Skittles are pretty good too, they were my all time favorite when I was little.

Skittles were my favorite until they ruined it by changing the lime flavor to green apple.

I know right? Lime was a good flavor i enjoyed during my childhood, I feel that the green apple ruins the sour assortment and makes it more sweet by replacing it with green apple. Really not cool.

Blue raspberry airheads are my favs ~
also Ferrero rocher, Apollo chocolate, cola candies, this korean sour fruity chew called 새콤달콤 (sekom dalkom / sweet and sour), blue raspberry or mango sour punch kids, and the mixed berry sour gummy worms!

I like chocolates but I don't really consider pure chocolates and truffles "candies."

- Orion My Gummy grape gummies
- Haribo gummy bears, especially the pineapple flavored ones
- Lofty Pursuits Peach drops (saw their videos on youtube, ordered out of curiosity, kept ordering bc yummy)
- Dalgona aka sponge candy/ brittle. Melt sugar in a ladle. add baking soda and then pour out onto a flat surface. press flat with a spatula. the taste of my childhood.

Don't eat many sweets these days, but some I've always liked are:
- Haribo giant strawbs, the chewy texture is amazing.
- Haribo tangfastics
- Chocolate truffles, especially coffee flavoured
- Wine gums
- Humbugs
- cadbury eclairs
- Mint aero chocolate
- Maltesers
- Chocolate limes (pretty sure these are like, UK exclusive, I've never seen anyone else mention them)

I like UHA milk candies, cororo muscat gummies and raspberry drops.

The cororo muscat gummies in particular, was gifted by the hotel I was staying while in Japan and I was surprised by how good it was. It has a very grape-like texture, very sweet and refreshing. Was also very soothing when I had a cold after my trip.

I rarely have candy these days, but some of my favorites include Sour Cherry Blasters, Fuzzy Peaches, Skittles, Nerds, Starbursts and Sour Patch Kids.
