Worst bug is a tricky one, there aren't any I dislike in particular. I suppose the cicadas are quite loud and there's so many of them and they never stop chirping but they do sound okay sometimes. Tricky one. My favourite is the "pill bug." (Woodlouse.) I've always liked them, they're so cute. Though I feel they've been a little rarer in this game - I swear there are less rocks than normal in this game.
I hate cicadas; they're so loud >-< They're only supposed to come out every 17 years or so I think? Like...wyd Animal Crossing? Every summer, really? D:
I also hate the scorpion & tarantula. Still haven't caught either T-T;;
I love Cyclomatus stags because they're easy to catch are worth a lot of bells, I hate Golden Stags because you have to inch on the circle pad to catch them and they're easy to scare away even from a far distance.

i purposely scare them away so they stop making so much noise
and my fave bugs are the birdwing butterfly and the raja brooke butterfly they just look so pretty fluttering through the wind
I love the orchid mantis. It's so beautiful and majestic. They always show up in my town since there are a lot of white flowers everywhere ^^
Least favourite are the cicadas and centipedes. The cicadas are so annoying and the centipedes just freak me out so much ;-; altho the centipede reminds me of kaneki ken from tokyo ghoul lol
Hard to say which is my fav, because i hate all bugs lol but I'd probably choose the monarch butterfly. I can't wait for Fall for when they start showing up.
For least favorite, I'd go on board with the tarantula and house centipede *shivers*
I also can't stand the house centipede, one got into my apartment and I was completely alone. I thought I was gonna die and I sprayed it to death with Raid. The game bug just reminds me of that horrible experience. I also can't stand the mosquitoes in the game and IRL :/
I looooooveee the butterflies. I just like seeing them flutter all around. They add a nice aesthetic during the summer
