Ramen, but not the store-brand processed junk. I really want to try some from a restaurant again. I had it for the first time last year. Mostly since I live in the middle of nowhere with nothing unique around. So I had to go really far to try it for my birthday, but I really enjoyed it.

Craving some sleep right now.. wasn't tired at all last night, stayed up til 4 am, ending up getting up at 7:30 am. Now it's 3 pm and i can't decide whether to stay awake or not

Those pancakes were divine though. I would love if I could get pancakes like that here but if not, then I'm running to Poland for them.
You could always make them if you know the recipe! It's totally a lot of work, but once it's done it's such a good feeling. And tastes so good! The pumpkin soup I mention a lot is such a project to make, but the taste is so divine.
