Title says it all!!

Mine are:

Ice Set Room
Tropical Island Room Cool items... Kinda random room Egg Set Room

(upstairs) Jingle Set and Villager Pic Room Man Cave... more random stuff

If that was confusing:
Main: Bedroom, Hodgepodge Room of Stuff I like.

Northern Room: Ice Set with wintery stuff like Aurora
screen, birdbaths (suprisingly fitting), and snowman matryoshka

Left Room: Tropical Island room, Summer and Nature room

Right Room: Egg Set and Spring/Bunny Day room

Upstairs: Jingle set with many villager pics and a mannequin
wearing a santa suit.

What about you?

Main room: Princess set, just because it's Fairy Tale.

Left room: Rococo set, some villager pictures and objects such as the antique clock or the vintage camera.

Right room: Regal set and patchwork set. I'm not sure they make a good combination, but I have nowhere else to put it.

Northern room: Mermaid set and lovely set; at least what I'm allowed to display. When I obtain the lovely vanity and change the balloon one.

Upstairs: Ice set and snowman set.

Downstairs: Gorgeous set. I had it in my main room but since it clashed with the Fairy Tale theme I chose, I had to move it downstairs, lol. I kind of have this room as a junk room.

Mine are just themed as if it was my house so for example one room is my living room, made out of a mix of the sloppy set and the patchwork set.

Upstairs is my bedroom which is unfinished, it has a few sloppy set items and that's about it.

Main room
Alpine set (customized) having like a lobby with jungle feel to it

Upstairs fun room balloon set with stuff that loom fun

Basement: a shrine for savnnah with some instruments and the Chinese zodiac

Left room: like a zoo bathroom but with a bit of elegance

Right room: museum of plants

Backroom: museum for food

For my mayors : simple, Regal sitting room/green house.
Back room: gracie home gym
Left side: alpine piano room/kitchen
Upstairs: mountain summit, aurora/bed room
Basement: d&d hang out.

For my Pearl: western piano entryway/kitchen
Right: Mermaid princess temple/ bed room
Back room: guest tropical hideaway room

I actually don't even know what my room really is. The main room is a messy but organized room cluttered with different sets I really like and the back room has the mermaid and ice sets; it's also one of the rooms I'm most satisfied with, ever since it was finished, I never had to adjust it or redecorate it as much compared to the rest of my other rooms and recently just added in my favourite shark fish- the whale shark in the back centre.Left and right is princess and alpine in customized forest green with a bunch of foodie items and random items i like. Then, top and bottom is polka dot in ore, weeding set, and sweets then the bottom has pave and harvest sets. I would say the left room, top and bottom rooms were to ones I redecorated with different sets the most! Right now they will stay in this style for a long time c:

Main room: Houses my collection of dolls and animals, doubles as a receiving room to entertain guests in with the table, sofa and coffee.
Back room: My walk in wardrobe. All my clothes are on display there.
Right room: Hobby and play room. Things like the dollhouse, jack in the box, TV, game shelf, bookcase and painting set are kept in there.
Left room: Kitchen & dining room.
Basement: Toilet, bathroom and laundry. I have them fenced off from each other with screens.
Upstairs: My garden bedroom. My favourite room in the house. I have the autumn wall and floor, the rococo bed, mush dressers and a stack of bonsai and potplants everywhere.

I don't put complete sets in. If something looks nice, I use it.

Main room: Gorgeus set because I love it.

Left room: Ice set. Probably i'll change this but atm I like it.

Right room: Fish set and the zodiac furniture set.

Northern room: Zen set (?). I don't know the name, different items with zen theme.

Upstairs: Rococo set, because I love it also.

Downstairs: Different objects, mainly from Mario (fortune cookies items).

Main room: A living room. Has some pieces from the Classic and the Modern Wood series.
Left room: A music room. Has an ebony piano and KK Slider covers displayed on the walls.
Right room: A kitchen. Has some pieces from the Ranch series. It's probably my favourite room I've designed.
Top room: A room dedicated to books and reading. It's the only room in my town I haven't fully expanded.
Second floor: A bedroom that contains many items from Weeding Day.
Basement: A place for everything else. I haven't decided what to do with it yet.

I'll just do this for my mayor, as he's my only character who has all his rooms.

My mayor (Cyrus II) is actually a role play character who I used in AC because I thought it would be neat. In the role plays, he has a family so I've designed his house as if he has them and they're just always "off screen". Spoilered because it's long.

Main Room - Their living room. It has purple wallpaper that I designed because Cyrus II's favourite colour is purple. Also, there is his pinball machine and Virtual Boy (he likes computers and games). They have a PC, a piano (for their youngest son to play), Lucky Cats (because his wife likes those) and lots of groovy plants.

Left Room - It's a bedroom for their 2 sons (aged about 10 and 12 here). They have a mini circuit, pet hamster, games shelf, robo-TV and a harpsichord. Also a custom music box that plays Spring Blossoms.

Back Room - The kitchen. It has the fruit wallpaper (I can't remember the name of it) and yummy things, like a chocolate fountain and an ice cream counter. Also a cactus, because Rodney gave it as a gift and it just looks nice in the kitchen.

Right Room - It's one of their daughter's bedroom. (The other daughter is away at college). It has a fruit/Polka dot theme and is very colourful. The daughter likes rocks so she has a meteorite at the moment and I have a moon to add when I can afford to expand her room.

Second Floor - Cyrus II and his wife's bedroom. They have the Cityscape wall because it's trendy and makes it look as if they live in a fancy high rise apartment in a big city. Cyrus II likes heavy metal so he has a rock guitar, amp and a Metallica poster (a QR code I found online, thank you to whoever made it). Cyrus II's wife has her make up case, vanity table and telescope (she likes astronomy).

Basement - Cyrus II's "man cave". In the role plays, he's a bit of a mad scientist so that's the theme he has. He has the industrial wall and lab floor, medicine shelf, Florence flask and some bugs and sea creatures that are poisonous. I have the scientist bench and chair for him that I will add when I can afford to upgrade.

my main room is pink and cutesy with bits of the sweets + mermaid ranges
upstairs is a tiny bedroom that'll be mermaid and princess

I like to mix furniture sets together and then add whatever pieces I think look nice:

Living room: Mermaid and Harvest
Left room: Jingle!
Back room: Mush and Gorgeous
Right room: Bunny Day (with a tiny bit of Princess)
Basement: Spooky and Creepy
Upstairs: Cabana and Pav?

In my main room: I have a customized alpine set with silver ore and starry clothing design. It's my starry room, and I put zodiac sign stuff in there such as Sagittarius arrows above each entrance, Pisces lamp, Libra scale, Gemini closet, Aquarius urn, Virgo harp, etc. It's my favorite room.

My upstairs room: The princess set, with other items that are princess-y.

My basement: The gorgeous set, with a bunch of my favorite items in there varying to villager pictures, the blossom lantern, and other good stuff.

My left room: The egg set that I just replaced with my birthday room (it was getting old and boring), and I love it. It's a spring room, but just the egg set with all of the zodiac animals in there.

My right room: Another spring room, but with items of the weeding set and bugs and fish. It's one of my favorite rooms!

My top room: My music box collection bordering the room with 2 flower bouquets, my white ebony piano, and Diana's picture (the only starting villager left in my town)

This is my plan.

Main Room-A chill room with a bunch of random items.

Upstairs-Bedroom(undecided series)

Left room-Spare Bedrrom(undecided series)

Right Room-Bathroom/Laundry Room

Upper Room-Kitchen/Dining Area

Basement-Gameroom

I'm redesigning my house currently but this is what my plan for my rooms are:
Main room (completed): This room is a white and light blue cabin with touches of gold. I used a few pieces of the cabin set customized to birch and used cyan argyle tees for cushions and table top coverings.
Basement (In progress): I'm turning this into my study. The only word that I can think of to describe this room is posh. White couches and lounges and pianos.
Left room (Progess on hold): I was turning this room into a cafe/kitchen. I'm using several pieces of the sweets sets thrown in wit some pieces of Brewster's rewards.
Back room (Haven't started, but it's next): I'm trying to make this room like someone's statue garden that I saw on tumblr.
Upstairs (Also haven't started): I don't how this room is going turn out, I need to find some inspiration first :P
Almost all of my rooms (except my main room, which I'm very proud of) I get from pictures on Pinterest and Tumblr.

In Town one:

House 1 is a mix n match
House 2 is going to be like house one but it's mostly empty since it was the house i was earning HHA badges in b4 moving things
House 3 is currently a HHA badge in process which means Jingle, modern, modern wood, alpine, and rococo.
House 4 was originally going to be like CSI lab but its currently a mish mash.

Town 2:
House 1 and 2 are mix and match
House 3 is Kind of Mish mash meets attempted Rupaul drag race style
House 4 is Currently just jumbled up but i'm working on gathering supplies to design a dentists office.

I'm still working on my house (no basement or back room yet) but so far I've got it kinda how I had my AC:WW house:

Main room: currently mostly Ranch theme, villager photos, some plants and musical instruments; hopefully Exotic in future, with paintings once I have them in the museum already
Left room: kitchen and cafe series
Right room: currently Pirate and Fishing items; will eventually be a greenhouse room for plants, bonsai and flowers
Back room: will be a music room
Upstairs: bedroom with Alpine theme; trophies and decorations; teddy bears!
Basement: Undecided - probably another collection of some kind, maybe art, fossil models or Gold furniture
Outside: going for rustic/antique/harmonious, with brick paving, hedge fence, orange mailbox, thatched roof, stucco, brick or stone walls

Because of sharing a house in Wild World did I ever attempt to do a theme house. In GameCube I just used it primarily as storage, didn't really follow a theme. Same with City Folk. Anyway, in New Leaf my main room is the cafe (sorry, Brewster, you've got competition), the back is the backyard. The right is the restroom (sometimes an animal has to go). The left is the kitchen (how else is the food going to be prepared?). The downstairs since it has no windows is the "Nintendo museum" full of fortune cookie items, with ropes so you can't touch it. Upstairs is a 7/11. I'm still working on my kappa beach house, and rich, but depressed house. The eternal camper is just that. That's why my mayor's is the one I give on StreetPass, but if you want to see it, the dream address is 5500-4441-1777.

my rooms have literally changed in the course of 5 days:
downstairs is the sloppy set, to the right is the 7/11 supemarket, upstairs is princess with some zodiac furniture, the back room is the fishing set.
