What are four leaf clovers used for?

I just found a few while I was plucking clovers out and I have no idea what they're used for.

I must be really unlucky then. I've been plucking countless clovers since the beginning of this game and only recently I actually found one. I use my clover in my collectible room in book form. It actually looks quite nice next to my lost pouch item a villager dropped I never returned I mean the lovely pouch I claimed from lost and found.

I found 2 when I went to weed a friend's town recently

they didn't even have a ton of weeds, which surprised me when I found said clovers

Congrats they are hard to come by , In my main town I use them as decoration around town and in my mayors house. I found some in my cycle town and a few I brought, recently I won an auction that included 150 clovers so I intend to use them in my second town.

4 leaf clovers i think also help with bad luck. if i get bad luck from katrina, i equip a lucky clover and the luck stops. i.e if i keep tripping and i put one on, i stop tripping. could just be me though

They're just kinda there. You can sell them, some people pay loads of money for them so I'd do that unless you're landscaping
