Weird question about selling plots!

How many plots can be sold/reserved at a time? I know only one villager can move in at a time but can I say for example have a sold plot right now and sell two other plots to villagers in boxes under the assumption they'll just move in a day at a time?

Yeah, it's how the game did it for the tutorial houses. All open plots can be sold on the same day, they move in one day at a time.

i did the first 3 and bought the other 7 and placed them on the same day... yep you have to wait for each move-in.
