weird names

I once taught a little boy named Danger. He was an absolute sweetheart and it was made all the more strange given that his sister had a more normal name.
him when someone says "don't do that it's dangerous"

Well, not like a bad name or anything, but there was this kid I went to school with who’s first name was Christopher and his middle name was Chris. I was just like…I mean…those a basically thr same names?! What’s the point? But it sounds kinda interesting I guess

There was a girl when I was in school whose mom was named Billie Bob. I knew a boy named Tanner. My cousin named her baby Navy Rain which is unusual but I like it. I named mine (miscarriage) Skye which isn't common. I always thought the name Chase was weird and there was a little girl my cousin knew whose name was Stevie and another named Kelsey. Somebody had the middle name as Ann instead of Anne or Anna. There was a couple both named Kelly, though that's more of a weird circumstance rather than a weird name. Hunter is also a weird name.. and so is Joann instead of Joanna.
Though I never met a person named Boyd, there was a tv character with that name and I thought it was weird name.
(No offense to those who share these names. Weird doesn't always mean bad or anything.)

There was a girl in one of my algebra classes named Storm, which isn’t really “weird”, but unique. I liked it.

There was also a boy I knew named Fox. Personally, I wouldn’t name my kid that, but all right.

I also knew a girl named Valentina in my middle school but she went by a completely different name and I didn’t know that was her real name until I saw the yearbook lol.

On Reddit, I read a story from a guy who said his name was Cove, which is different, but sounds like a fun unique name. Like, if you wanted to give your kid a water-themed name without sounding too obvious, that would be a good choice.

My best friends middle name is Seven

Like the number, spelled exactly like that

His dad is a weird guy

there was this boy in my elementary school named "scout" there were rumors that his name wasn't actually that and his real name was charlie. i actually have no idea where that rumor came from though because his name in the year book was scout?? it's a weird name because it sounds like it would be a dog's name.

This made me think of the Seinfeld episode where George wants to name his kid Seven and then gets mad when a pregnant lady “steals” his idea lol.

I really hope that's not where his name came from but I wouldn't doubt it either LOL

I remember there was a kid actually named Frisbee in my 3rd or 4th grade class.. I can't quite remember if it was his first name or last name though. His other name was also kinda odd

I briefly knew a kid named Iglesias in a gymnastics class I took when I was little. It's a cool-sounding name imo, but most of the other kids couldn't remember or pronounce it, so he was primarily known as Igloo.
