Water leak glitch

While walking around town I came across water spewing out of the ground. It looked like a broken sprinkler head. Maybe that's how flowers get watered with Beautiful Town Ordinance!!!

I've heard of this. It's a glitch :L mostly happens when playing hide and seek.

If it's a glitch, I think the graphic would have to be in the game already, and just come out at the wrong time. Does the water spewing look like any graphic you've seen in the game elsewhere? Like maybe a community project I've never seen?
EDIT: Oh, we must've posted at the same time. It looks like the watering can graphic!

It's the possessed sprinkler!

It looks like the water animation when you water flowers, so I'm guessing it was something the DEVs accidentally placed/forgot to remove
