Want an ethereal/whimsical island theme. Name ideas?

Hello everyone. I'm a bit new here, so I apologize if these kinds of posts are getting annoying.

Anyway, I just restarted my island after 2 years and wanted an ethereal island theme with Japanese elements. I also wanted my island name to pertain to "light", so I just wanted some opinions. Here's what I have in mind:

Diaphanous - light, delicate, and translucent
Resplendent - having brilliant or glowing appearance; shining brightly (I'm trying to come up with a variant of this to fit the 10-character limit)
Iridescent
Ethereal

I feel like there could be some really pretty Japanese terms or phrases that would also work, and tie in the Japanese component.

For example:

Komorebi I think looks and sounds pretty and it means ‘sunlight filtering through the trees’

More simply, “Hikari” can be a first name, but it is also a noun meaning light

I personally like the idea of ‘Akebono’ which means dawn/ daybreak.

Someone who is a native speaker maybe could provide more/ better options for you.

Of the options you provided I am partial to Diaphanous - it feels like an island name I have not seen before and there is something very soft and even sensual (as in tactile) about it.

Feel free to ignore all my ideas, just some random thoughts.
